Life drawing has been so useful. Thursday evenings are particularly good and I feel like I’ve improved a lot. The short poses are helping me loosen up and I’m really starting to think about the core to get the rest of the body to follow the right ‘line’. I definitely still need more practice so I’ll keep going on Thursdays. One thing that was mentioned was two tennis balls in a sock and to use this to help you think about the rotation of the middle of your body.
